My path began in the arts • With a background in Fine Arts + many years working as a creative director + set designer, creativity has always been my way of listening ▻ to the body, to rhythm + to what wants to emerge beneath the surface of doing + striving • Over time, this way of working naturally expanded beyond creative expression into inner work, embodiment + conscious self-leadership •

Today, I work as a mindful life + business coach, Human Design reader + I am the creatrix of Creacura ▻ a space where creativity, consciousness + self-leadership meet • I support people from all walks of life ▻ professionals, leaders, creatives + those in transition • in understanding how they are naturally designed to make decisions, use their energy + navigate change in a sustainable way •

My approach is calm, intuitive + practical • I don’t believe in fixing or pushing; I believe in creating the conditions where insight can arise, clarity settles in the body + change can be integrated at a human pace • Through 1:1 work + group spaces, I guide people through periods of re-alignment + growth ▻ cultivating self-trust, clear boundaries + a way of leading life that feels both grounded + true •
